Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales leadership, with a focus on SaaS and/or healthcare applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with entrepreneurial spirit to bring new products to new or existing markets.

 

Nice to haves:

  • A good understanding of the high-tech industry, including market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and beating revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of the product market fit (PMF), scale and growth and all associated challenges.
  • Experience selling community management applications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
  • Customer-centric approach, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a passion for innovation.

About the Role

The Sales Manager (Product) will be responsible for driving our cloud product revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in technology product sales, particularly SaaS and cloud-based Enterprise applications, and be passionate about fostering relationships with clients and identifying innovative ways to meet their needs.


Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly product sales targets. Onboard new clients to the business.
  • Develop and implement GTM and sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for SaaS and cloud-based Enterprise applications, and related technology products.
  • Manage, mentor and drive with the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.

  • Salary: Negotiable
  • 2x Festive Bonuses equal to a monthly salary.
